Shipping policy

Terra Rhapsody orders primarily despatched using Royal Mail services. In the UK, small orders are despatched using Royal Mail First Class services. Higher value orders are despatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery services, which is tracked and insured for peaceof mind. For international orders, small orders are despatched using International Standard Services. Higher value items are despatched using International Tracked or International Tracked and Signed Services.

In most cases, lead time between order receipt and shipping your order is 1-3 business days. We will advise the customer of any changes or delays as they are identified, and work with the customer in the event of any problems.

Please note, custom orders and commissions will be given their own individual lead times for processing before shipping, and may use different shipping services from those identified above. This will be discussed with the customer to gain prior agreement to ensure you are happy with the chosen service.
