Going Postal book nook shelf insert miniature diorama Postmaster's office with hundreds of letters illuminated by fairy lights handmade in Wrexham, North Wales, United Kingdom 

Inspired by the amazing work of Terry Pratchett, this book nook depicts the small post masters office in the Ankh-Morpork Post Office crammed with hundreds of tiny letters. Whispers from hundreds of letters speak to Moist von Lipwig, saying "Deliver us". The back wall of the book nook holds floor to ceiling shelves bursting with letters, spilling out onto the floor. The brown desk nooks are also filled with letters and the desk top opens to reveal 2 more letters, feather quill and glass inkwell, all of which can be removed. Two golden wings frame the top of the frontage as per the Post Master's uniform. An enchanting and unique artistic addition to any book shelf. There are over 250 letters individually handmade for this piece.

The ceiling is lit with warm white LED fairy lights to give the book nook a warm glow. The on/off switch and battery pack is wired onto the back of the book nook. It sits neatly into a custom built holder for easy removal when the batteries need to be changed. The battery pack takes 2x CR2032 button cells, (not included due to postal restrictions). The book nook measures 10.5cm wide by 20.2m tall by 14.5cm deep.
